1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how AI Period & Ovulation Tracker ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy, especially regarding sensitive personal health data, and ensuring a secure, transparent user experience.

2. Data Collection and Storage

We believe your personal health data belongs exclusively to you. Core cycle data you enter into the application (such as period start/end dates, ovulation tracking, symptoms, mood logs, notes, weight, and reminders) is stored locally on your device by default.

We do not operate proprietary backend servers to collect, store, or sell your personal health records.

3. Google Drive Cloud Backup & Sync (User Data Only)

If you choose to use the optional cloud backup and restore feature, our application integrates with Google Drive. We strictly adhere to the following principles:

Stored in Your Personal Google Drive: All backup files are saved directly to your personal Google Drive account (specifically within the app's dedicated, restricted application data storage space).
User Data Exclusively: The application only creates and syncs structured backup files containing your personal cycle logs, notes, and app settings.
No APKs or Executable Code: The application NEVER downloads, uploads, distributes, or executes any application packages (APK files), dynamic executable code (such as .dex, .jar, or .so files), or unauthorized third-party software from or to your Google Drive.
No Access to Other Drive Files: We do not have access to, and cannot view, edit, or delete any of your other personal files, photos, or documents on Google Drive.
Easy User Deletion & Control: You have full control over your backups at all times. You can easily delete your cloud backup data directly within the app's settings, or manage/remove the app's data and revoke access at any time via your Google Account Permissions.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Permissions Requested

To provide tracking, timely reminders, and backup features, the app may request the following permissions:

Permission	Purpose
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)	To send timely reminders about upcoming periods, fertile windows, ovulation, or medication schedules.
Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM)	To ensure cycle reminders and pill alarms trigger accurately at your chosen time.
Biometric Authentication (USE_BIOMETRIC / USE_FINGERPRINT)	To lock and protect your sensitive health data locally on your device with biometric security.
Internet Access & Network State	To facilitate anonymous analytics, crash reporting, in-app purchases, and user-initiated Google Drive cloud backups.
Google Drive Access (OAuth)	Requested only when you manually sign in to backup or restore your personal cycle data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party service providers for app stability, anonymous analytics, advertisements, and payment processing. We do not sell your personal data.

Google AdMob & Mediation: To display non-intrusive advertisements in the free version. AdMob Privacy Policy.
Google Play In-App Billing: To securely process premium subscriptions and purchases.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

Local Data: You can permanently delete all local data at any time by clearing the application data in your device settings or uninstalling the app.
Cloud Backup Data: You can delete your Google Drive backup files directly from the app settings, or remove the app's saved data in your Google Drive settings.
Support Requests: If you contact us via email for support, you may request the deletion of any personal communications by emailing us at manhdung5a@gmail.com. We will process and confirm your request promptly.

7. Medical Disclaimer

AI Period & Ovulation Tracker is designed solely for informational, personal tracking, and educational purposes. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a definitive method of contraception or family planning, nor does it substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
